Pap's Corn Pudding 🌽
The easiest Thanksgiving dish that is not to be missed!
Pap’s Corn Pudding
Serves 8
Ingredients
3, 8 oz. boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
5 c Fresh corn kernels
3, 15 oz. cans Creamed corn
2 c sour cream
1 c mascarpone
4 large eggs
1 ½ c Unsalted butter, melted
½ c finely sliced scallions
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Butter a large baking dish.
In a mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan and bake,
uncovered for 50 minutes-1 hour, until golden brown on top and just set in the center.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
